For people reading the these reviews read this one…. I have been going to this location for 20 (actual) years. 20 years ago the tire place in this location was actually called Serna’s. So all the posts that say 20+ are wrong. I don’t know anything about tires, but I asked for a quote on 5 brand new jeep wrangler tires they ballparked it, because they have to order them. I looked it up on Discount Tires and the guy from Pflugerville Tires was correct. While discount tires (I only went there because of the type of car and it was closer to where I was at and I didn’t want to be stuck on the side of the road) tried to sell me 4 brand new tires when I brought in 1 tire that has a nail in it. I changed my tire to the spare and went to Serna’s(the name at the time of this tire place) the guy said no this is a good tire and explained why and said it only needs a patch. I have brought in a BMW, RAV4, F86, Jeep Wranglers(2 different ones), Chevy Cavalier, Trail Blazer, the list goes on… each vehicle had different size tires. Each time the people working there have been very quick, nice, and SPOKE ENGLISH. I have had tire rotations, removal of screws and removal of nails. One time I just to

I’ve come to this tire shop for over 20+yrs & they use to be great even when the language barrier is there due to them speaking Spanish they still had a good level of respect. The workers are good & fast but the customer service is terrible now that they have 2 English speaking women at the front desk. The female manager & her clerk try to do as little work as possible & this has happened the last 2 times I’ve been here. All I asked for was a price quote for 2 kinds of brand new tires & it was like pulling teeth. They didn’t want to give me these 2 options price quote because they only want to look 1 tire up. This is for my wife’s car & I’m not standing next to it while she’s at work. Based on her trim level it could only be these 2 tire sizes & they insisted I call back when I get the exact kind. I simply repeated myself over & over that I just want a price that they sell these 2 kinds of tires & they both didn’t listen to my simple request. They tried to blame this on them being a mom & pops store & using basic google & asking for the price of 2 particular tires shouldn’t be like pulling teeth. The Pops of the mom & pops store does a great job but the Moms have a real issue ans

Do not purchase from here. Came in for two used tires, they said they had a similar size that would work. I don’t know anything about tires so I agreed. Ultimately they were too big for my car and I came back the next day to return them and get a refund as I found a shop with the size I needed. They acknowledged they should have never gave me that size multiple times but refused to refund me. They took advantage of my lack of knowledge on tires. Terrible business practice.

Came here for 7 years have sent multiple customers in the pflugerville and round rock tire area , have probably purchased 12 - 15 tires from them over 7 years . But today they break my stud in half and send me on my way with 4 lugs . Meanwhile it’s a language barrier and he gives me the broke stud as paying I say I know the problem but I’ll call because yall did after tightening. Mario I have came to you , shook your hand and thought we were friends, I call to tell you your worker broke my lug nut stud in half ! And did not replace it but sent me off with 4 lugs ! I call 30 minutes later asking for owner , you tell me I might be lying . Your worker just took the lugs off fine and when installing the new tire broke the stud . When I call you claim I’m lying despite me being there 30 minutes prior on the dot. You have lost a customer that would send others in the area to you . Your attitude on the phone saying I’m lying you don’t know what I’m talking about is ridiculous the common thing to do would be asking your own workers did they just break a stud. Losing a loyal customer of who sent work to you here. You worked on my GTI , Avalon , jeep Cherokee, maxima my work trucks and all b

Avoid this place at all costs. I came in for an emergency tire change and they knew they had me because I was in a bind. Instead of offering fair service, they took advantage and charged $88 for a used tire. To make things worse, they broke off a wheel stud in the process, treated my car carelessly, and showed no concern at all for the damage they caused. The customer service was just as bad as the repair. The staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping a paying customer was an inconvenience. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and absolutely no sense of responsibility. If you value your car, your money, and your time, do not go here. There are plenty of other shops that will treat you with honesty and respect. This shop is not one of them. Consider this your warning.
